Role Summary
The QA/QC Leader will be responsible for leading and implementing quality assurance and quality control systems across major water infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures full compliance with project specifications, international standards, and KSA regulatory requirements.
This is a senior on-site leadership position overseeing quality management processes throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management Leadership
- Develop and implement project QA/QC plans and procedures.
- Lead the QA/QC team across multiple project locations.
- Ensure compliance with contractual quality requirements.
- Monitor implementation of inspection and testing plans (ITPs).
Inspection & Compliance
- Supervise inspections of materials, equipment, and site works.
- Verify compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to resolve non-conformities.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and quality records.
- Prepare quality reports for senior management and client representatives.
- Monitor audit findings and ensure closure of quality observations.
- Support preparation of final handover documentation.
Standards & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to water project standards and KSA regulatory requirements.
- Enforce quality control across STP, pipeline, and water tank projects.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities on quality-related approvals.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Appropriate University Degree (Minimum Requirement)
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in QA/QC leadership in similar infrastructure projects.
- Experience in:
- Water Projects
- STP projects
- Pipeline construction
- Water tank projects
- Strong understanding of quality systems in large-scale construction environments.
Certification (Mandatory)
- QA/QC certificates from recognized organizations
Language Requirements
- English: Fluent (Mandatory)
- Arabic: Fluent (Mandatory)
Working Conditions
- On-site role across Riyadh – Dammam – Jeddah – Mecca
- Full-time engagement for the entire Four (4) Year project duration
- Travel between project locations as required
