Working hours: 30 ~ 40 hours per week
Wage: $30.80 to $32.80 per hour (to be negotiated, may depend on experience)

Duties but are not limited to the following: (Duties modified by NEGAR: 2024-09-11)
- Analyze and resolve software application issues reported by users or detected through monitoring tools.
- Provide end-user support, guiding them on the effective use of applications and troubleshooting problems.
- Configure and maintain application systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
- Test and implement software upgrades and patches to maintain application security and functionality.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and address system bugs or inefficiencies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of application configurations, known issues, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency.
- Provide training and onboarding support to new users or clients regarding the use of software applications.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new application features based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Ensure data integrity by performing routine checks and troubleshooting data-related issues within applications.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a college program in computer science, computer programming or network administration is usually required.
- College or other courses in computer programming or network administration are usually required.
