Wage: $36.60 to $38.00 per hour (to be negotiated, may depend on experience)

Duties but are not limited to the following:
- Install, maintain, and repair desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices such as printers and scanners.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Configure and install operating systems and software applications based on user or organizational requirements.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, virus scans, and system optimizations.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for users experiencing IT-related issues.
- Replace faulty hardware components and perform upgrades to improve system performance.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations, repairs, and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist in setting up and configuring local area networks (LANs) for efficient office communication.
- Conduct routine data backups and recover lost data in the event of system failures.
- Train users on the proper operation of computer systems and best practices for maintaining system health.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a college program in computer science, computer programming or network administration is usually required.
- College or other courses in computer programming or network administration are usually required.
