Working hours: 30 ~ 40 hours per week
Wage: $31.35 to $33.35 per hour (to be negotiated, may depend on experience)

Duties but are not limited to the following: (duties modified by NEGAR 2024-09-10)
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, computer workstations, Internet connections, and peripheral equipment.
- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, operating system software, and software applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, coordinating access and use while addressing system performance issues.
- Provide problem-solving services to network users, addressing technical issues and resolving connectivity or system errors in a timely manner.
- Perform routine network start-up, shut-down, and maintenance tasks, including maintaining accurate control records for future reference.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations, ensuring the protection and availability of critical business data in case of system failures.
- Monitor network security by conducting regular tests, implementing security protocols, and performing quality control checks to guard against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Create and maintain network documentation, including records of network configurations, system settings, and troubleshooting logs to assist with diagnostics and future improvements.
- Supervise and train junior technical staff in troubleshooting and network management techniques, while also supporting general user training on network best practices.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for hardware and software support, and assist in cloud integration, optimization, and management of network resources.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a college or other program in computer science, network administration is usually required.
