Role Summary
The Project Manager will lead and oversee large-scale water infrastructure projects across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia. The role requires full responsibility for project planning, execution, supervision, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
This is a senior leadership position requiring strong technical expertise in water-related projects and proven experience managing similar large-scale infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end execution of water infrastructure projects.
- Manage construction supervision for STP, pipelines, and water tank projects.
- Develop detailed project execution plans and schedules.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and timelines.
- Monitor project milestones and performance indicators.
Technical Oversight
- Supervise engineering teams and site operations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards.
- Review technical submittals and method statements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Enforce quality control and quality assurance procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct progress meetings and submit performance reports.
- Manage contractual obligations and resolve disputes professionally.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years of experience, OR
- Master’s Degree in Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience
Professional Certification
- PMP (Project Management Professional) – Mandatory
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar water infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in:
- Water project supervision
- Project management of STP facilities
- Pipeline and water tank construction projects
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams
- Strong background in construction site management
Language Requirements
- English: Fluent (Mandatory)
- Arabic: Fluent (Mandatory)
Working Conditions
- On-site project-based role across Riyadh – Dammam – Jeddah – Mecca
- Full-time commitment for the entire project duration
- Travel between project locations as required
