Wage: $34.62 to $36.00 per hour (to be negotiated, may depend on experience)

Duties but are not limited to the following:
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Develop sales forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and economic conditions.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to present sales performance metrics to management and stakeholders.
- Conduct research to understand market conditions, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to guide sales strategies.
- Evaluate pricing strategies and recommend adjustments to maximize profitability and market share.
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and business plans by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales activities with overall business objectives.
- Provide training and insights to sales teams regarding data interpretation and effective use of analytics tools to improve performance.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in economics, commerce, business administration or public administration is required.
- Several years of relevant experience is required.
