Role Summary
The Stakeholder Liaison Officer will act as the official communication link between the project team and external stakeholders, including government authorities, regulatory bodies, and public institutions across Saudi Arabia.
This role requires a Saudi national with proven experience dealing with local institutions and authorities, ensuring smooth coordination, approvals, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary contact between the project and government entities.
- Coordinate approvals, permits, and official documentation processes.
- Maintain professional relationships with public institutions.
- Facilitate communication between project management and external stakeholders.
Regulatory & Institutional Support
- Monitor compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Track status of submissions and authority approvals.
- Ensure timely follow-up on official correspondence.
- Support resolution of institutional issues affecting project progress.
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare official letters and institutional correspondence.
- Maintain records of stakeholder meetings and approvals.
- Provide regular updates to project leadership.
- Support community and authority engagement initiatives when required.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Minimum Secondary Education (High School Certificate)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Experience Requirements
- Must be Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Proven experience working with government institutions and regulatory authorities in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of institutional procedures and approval processes.
- Experience supporting infrastructure or water-related projects is preferred.
Certification
- No specific certification required.
Language Requirements
- English: Fluent (Mandatory)
- Arabic: Native (Mandatory)
Working Conditions
- On-site role across Riyadh – Dammam – Jeddah – Mecca
- Full-time engagement for the entire Four (4) Year project duration
- Travel between project locations as required
