Our Identity Verification involves email and phone number verification, as well as collecting additional details like date of birth, nationality, and legal work status in Canada to comply with employment laws.

For Educational Verification, we utilize three primary methods: Third-party services like WES, University Direct Submission, and CPJ Direct Outreach. If an applicant already has a WES report, the process is quick. If not, the time frame depends on the responsiveness of the educational institution. Applicants can also request their universities to send documents directly to CPJ, which speeds up the process. In cases where CPJ contacts universities directly, the response times can vary from weeks to months.

Finally, our Work History Verification confirms the claimed roles, job titles, and responsibilities, and assesses the alignment between the candidate’s past experiences and the requirements of the new role.
